A standard spray hits what's visible today. This treatment builds a maintained residual barrier at the perimeter and across the lawn — so outdoor bugs are stopped before they reach the structure, not after they've already arrived.

How often does the treatment need to be reapplied?

Quarterly is the minimum for year-round protection. For heavier pressure — or properties with significant lawn and landscaping — bi-monthly (every 8 weeks) keeps the barrier fully active through Salisbury's bug season.

Does this treat fire ants specifically?

Yes. Fire ant mounds found during the inspection get direct treatment, and the perimeter application creates a treated zone that discourages new colony establishment along the foundation and lawn edges.

Is the treatment safe around kids and pets?

Yes. EPA-registered products applied to targeted exterior areas. Re-entry is safe once treated surfaces are dry — typically 1–2 hours after application.
